These terms apply when you book a session or buy products or services from Chad Braithwaite Faces Photography (“Faces Photography,” “we,” “us”) through faces-photo.com or directly with us.
Bookings and agreements
Each session or project is confirmed by a signed agreement, invoice, or written confirmation from us. That agreement covers the details of your booking, including what’s included, pricing, payment schedule, rescheduling, cancellation, and image usage. If anything on this page differs from your signed agreement, your agreement controls.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change, but the price you’re quoted when you book is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors.
Rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds
To reschedule, cancel, or request a refund, email info@faces-photo.com. Retainers and sitting fees reserve your date and studio time, and the refund and rescheduling terms for your booking are listed in your agreement or invoice. If there’s ever a problem with your order, contact us first and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Age
You must be 18 or older to book, or have a parent or guardian book for you.

Text messaging (SMS) terms
Faces Photography Client Texts: when you opt in on our website contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Chad Braithwaite Faces Photography at 801.748.2283. Message types are limited to customer care messages and account notification messages only.

- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts.

- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking or purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
