Chad Braithwaite Faces Photography (“Faces Photography,” “we,” “us”) is a photography studio in Salt Lake City, Utah. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact and inquiry details you send us through our website form, email, phone, text, or social media, such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about the session you’re interested in.
- Booking and billing details we need to schedule your session and invoice you. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and we never see or store your full card number.
- Your photos and prints. Digital images are delivered through online gallery and file delivery services. Most prints are made in our studio. When we use an outside photo lab, it receives only the details needed to produce and ship your order.
- Website usage data. Our site uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These use cookies to show us how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our ads. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, schedule and deliver your session, and send invoices and reminders
- To send occasional updates or offers if you’ve opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To understand how our website is used and improve it and our advertising
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the studio, such as our booking and client management software, online gallery and file delivery services, payment processors, email provider, website host, Google, and Meta. We may also disclose information when required by law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it only to send customer care messages and account notification messages, such as replies to your questions and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not transfer, share, or disclose consumer data collected for text messaging, including your mobile number and SMS consent, to external organizations except as required by law.

How long we keep information
We keep client records as long as needed to provide our services, keep your gallery available, and meet tax and legal requirements.
Your rights
Email info@faces-photo.com to ask what information we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information online. Sessions involving minors are booked by a parent or guardian.
Security
We maintain safeguards and internal policies designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, or sharing of your information, including SMS consent. Access to client data is limited to Faces Photography staff who need it to serve you, our website uses encryption (SSL), and we handle consumer data in accordance with applicable legal requirements. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
